People Just Search Up Your Champion's Counter In Draft Pick

When you are picking your champion in draft pick it is normally quite clear to the other team where you will be going. So if you are picking your champion before your lane's counterpart they can just search up or pick the champions that counter you and then you have basically lost your lane before the game has started. I would suggest a system where you pick your lane without the enemy being able to see your champion. so basically the old team builder.
