Any ways to avoid bad circumstances

Ok so I had a game today where my jungle disconnected for about 13 minutes after feeding and than proceeded to feed harder and the day before I had a game where my midlaner disconnected and we lost soon after what and between other things that make a game at least feel like a 4v5 is there a good way to avoid these bad situations

No. Or play with as a 5 premade group.
