So, a few patches ago they changed stack items to start with stacks, And in this most recent patch they are helping out tank junglers. Can we Conciser bringing back Leviathan?

No thanks. You ever played against a full stacks Leviathan tank?
Leviathan is an inherently flawed item. It was meant to be built on tanks, however tanks tend to die quite a but since they are in the middle of team fights and are eating a lot of the enemy team's damage. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of an item like this where you don't want to die so you don't lose stacks. There's more I can say about it, but I will just leave it at this.
