@Riot A Few Suggestions for Garen

I really like Garen but he is kinda failing to deliver on playing the hero and doing his thing: killing the villain. The villain passive is great when it's on the enemy frontline, not so much when it's on the back line and you have to pass through the frontline to get to someone that can easily kite you. This passive with his kit as it is right now would suit a diver more than a juggernaut(or at least a juggernaut that's not fed), so I came up with these ideas to add on top of what he has: Q - Decisive Strike

  1. Grounds the target instead of silencing the target;
  2. While Courage is active, after charging with decisive strike for a couple of seconds causes the next basic attack to become a short(think Rengar's Q) unstoppable targeted dash for a certain crit(most likely with reduced damage, and doesn't have to be much different than his normal crit animation) and silences the target; W - Courage
  3. Garen only shields himself with damage reduction he is facing;
  4. Converts Snares and knock asides/backs/ups(maybe not their stunning part) into slows based on their base duration(before tenacity is applied);
  5. Judgement causes Garen to shield himself from all directions~~(because the shield is spinning too, obviously)~~; Oh and put an actual shield on Courage's animation. it would keep up with Riot's philosophy of "if you like it put a shield on it" E - Judgement
  6. If used after charging with Courage and Decisive Strike for 1 or 2 seconds, Judgement applies the armor breaking debuff on the first spin too get it? because he "charged it", haha and then (re)applies the debuff normally.

Now, I know Garen is probably not even in the schedule for this year,maybe not even the next couple of years, but when you guys at Riot decide to tweak his kit again, please take these in consideration. They would add strategic divesity, synergy to his and in some ways a less frustrating experience to play against while keeping it with a low skill floor and adding a bit to the juggernaut fantasy. Oh and Project: Garen would be awesome to see too wink wink, just imagine the "what do you fight for" screen and typing "Justice". Garen is one of the most mobile of the juggernauts, has a weapon with an edge and you guys are running out of skirmishers to slap these skins on anyway.
