Jungling and Bots

So I am a very immersive person when it comes to bots and fighting against bots. The problem is, I could never learn how to jungle. There is always a 2 top, 1 mid, 2 bot yet the enemy bots never have a jungler. This is hard for a person to learn to jungle because they won't have any risk of going into the enemy jungle, teaching about counter jungling, and there won't be any steals of any kind (Baron steal or Dragon steal). I know that it would be very hard for the riot team to actually make a jungling bot so I was thinking of some sort of intro into it? I don't really know how to resolve this but i'm just throwing this out there. Also I do know that someone could just play norms but due to the fact LOL is like 70% toxic player base, it's really hard to actually try without massive negative feedback on people. So now a days you can learn to jungle only by being with a friend who knows how to jungle, looking through different tutorials, or through a long, rough journey through constant jeering. If anyone has any ideas to help me as one too, it would be nice. Thanks for reading :D.

Custom game you with 4 bots vs a friend with 4 bots. you both jungle and are not allowed to take any lane minions at all. That is how I learned with a friend who also wanted to learn jungle. fun to keep track of them and ward where they are going. great for teaching counter jungling and counter ganking.
