Please explain why there's no longer a anti-healing kit for non-mages?

I'm beyond any amount of frustration playing league of legends. My friends and I primarily play ARAM's. It's just what we have time to commit to a game.

Recently, the most "I'm done with this game" moments, are when we're playing against a team where we have NO counter to them having a healer(s). I feel, and I'm not along in my thinking, that removing the executioners calling, and other abilities that apply that effect, was a major error. I won't speak to 5v5 maps like dominion or Summoner's Rift because it's not that big of a deal. But on ARAM, it's crazy.

Please consider putting it back in on that map.

Because why else would anyone pick an AP over an AD anymore? :^)

Cough miss fortune cough

IMO executioners calling needed a 2800~2900g upgrade. Something that gave 50AD and 30% crit.

Best counter for a healing comp is AoE burst comp, mages and tanks.

FYI, ignite available to anyone and reduces healing effects.

Healing just received a further nerf on ARAM recently.

Idk why they took out Executioner's calling...then buffed self healing. Swain is the sole reason i bring ignite to ARAM games, and it has a long ass CD, while swain's ult can be up almost all the time.

Healing now does 1/2 on ARAM now so you don't need anti-healing, it's built-in. It's like they just always have grievous wounds already now.

Not all healing was nerfed on ARAM, guys. It used to all have a 20% penalty. Now, heal effects on ALLIES have a 50% penalty. Self-heal (i.e. Swain, Mundo) was actually buffed and has no penalty.
