I don't see how that is dumb. Targeted CC NEEDS to exist in this game and her having one spell that can do that doesn't break anything.

The stun gets consumed on hit, not on cast.

thats dumb. it should be on cast. if i somehow bu a miracle dodge her Spell , she shouldnt be able to just throw another spell at me to fix her problem.

I mean.. You can only dodge her W and ult and those consume her stun regardless.

It's her Q that has this property, I didn't specify because it was the original topic of this thread.
