New Profile Champion Layout

Personally, I'm not a fan. No new information is added, and I can only see fewer of what I have on the screen at once. We're all getting older, but I still had no problem reading the old layout. I'd appreciate a toggle for a change like this, with the option to view everything in the older, compact, layout.

Before Season 8, we were able to view this information for other players. Why was this removed?

Additionally, I now see that my mastery is blocked in loading screen. Where is the setting to unblock?
