farming as in playing with friends that let u win without fighting back "friends on enemy team and bots on ur team all enemy team are friends and agreeing for that" letting u get lots of kills and finish the game withing 7-10 minutes so u gain a huge amount of IP and in no time ?

you can do that all you want, unfortunately you only get a very small amount of ip. There is a limit as to how much ip you earn in a custom game. Also your score does not affect your ip gain, the only thing that affects it is length of the match and whether it was a win or a loss.

...I'm assuming you mean custom games, which is the only way this would work. First off, you'd need a semi equal amount of players on both sides, and second, customs give really, really shitty IP gains. If you want IP fast, buy a boost and go dominion or treeline.

does the IP boost also boosts loses "and does it count from it" or is it timed and does it worth it ? i mean i spend IP for buying a boost which end after ex: 4 wins how would i be sure that those 4 wins return the amount of IP i spent and more ?

Well, you have to buy boosts with rp if you buy them at all. Otherwise, per win give you extra IP if you win, and timed ones give you extra IP for any games played during that time.

You get an IP penalty for matches <15mins. Plus, The IP difference between win and loss is relatively small (20%?)
