Swain Rework Support?

So I've been playing a couple games as the new swain in the support role, and I've had quite a bit of success. Of course, a lot of it has to do with the damage he can deal at the moment. But with very probable nerfs to his damage, I still think there's good potential for him in the support role. Thoughts?
