June 29 Patch, Blitz ruined?

So, apologies for the rant post but, to all those players who are far better than I am. I main Blitz as much as I can and today's changes seem to have completely ruined his Q. Can anyone out there explain how to make this change work?

I feel like maybe if you hit W before you grab and then can run them down to pop them with E, you might have a chance if the other champ doesnt run off. Any help is appreciated, I just dont want to quit playing him because of the change.

Do you think that they reduced the range of his Q to 75 units? Because they didnt. They just made it so he can't pull people to a space I'll call "directly on top of him". His W-R followup will still work normally

I didnt mean his range is reduced to that, i mean now he wont yank to his melee space, so all i was asking was for some advice on how to alter my plays to continue using him

Well, again, the followup will be mostly unaffected because melee range is well over 75 units

The most oppressive thing you can do with Blitz is to position to where you can lead with the E, and save the pull for when they're running away after.

I have no basis to back this but, I have been hearing ALOT of grumblings from people about the horrible changes riot is making. Are they just refusing to listen to the players or is it just people QQing

Riot is a stubborn company and there's plenty of proof of that, however season 6 has been the worst of any from what I hear [I started in s4] even ppl from riot are leaving cause who ever is in charge is making some rly dumb decisions
