Tiamat needs the passive back

I main jungle and top lane, primarily AD people and honestly i almost always bought hydra because the item 3077 early game was pretty good and ravenous late game is amazing. But now Without Tiamat's passive i never buy it. I have had to remake almost all my top and jungle builds because of the changes to tiamat. who else thinks item 3077 should have its passive back?

Renekton main here.

Im probably a little biased but I love it without its passive.

The cheaper cost allows it to be bought earlier, allowing me to use it for animation cancelling much quicker in the game.

Also, creep wave management is HUGE in toplane, and since it doesn't auto push the wave anymore I find I am able to freeze lanes much more often and deny my opponent CS.

Just my two cents. I wouldn't dream of having it go back to the way it was.

I'm gonna take the unpopular road and say 'no'. The problem with Tiamat from a retrospective view is that it was too efficient, to the point where many champions would build it, then build a few other items before completing Hydra. A lot of champions are balanced around their wave clear, or lack thereof. Tiamat provided a relatively cheap solution to that problem, which skewed the champion's strength. Off the top of my head, Fiora, Talon, Wukong, and Kha'zix come to mind. All have limited wave clear, or rely on heavy mana usage to do so. But with Tiamat, they got almost everything they wanted. AD, waveclear, some regeneration, and even additional burst from the active. It was too ideal for cjampions who were designed without such an item in mind.

So they could have either adjusted the item, or adjusted the champions. Given how much we all hate the latter, the former was the best solution.

Considering how much of a core item it was for Riven? No. I don't want it back.
