How about you actually buff the champions who need it?

This thread is self-explanatory, On the PBE 99% of the buffs go to champions who are already in a pretty good spot and quite well throughout the game but what really annoys me is they aren't even looking at the champions who sit at under 40% winrate and sometimes even lower than 35%.

So lets take a look at all the 'out of the meta' champions who're doing quite poorly.

'Weak' Champions who WILL get reworked:

Ryze Evelynn Fiddlesticks Veigar Yorick Warwick

Ok so this is just in my opinion but these are the champions that are definetly going to get reworked and who actually need it.

Now the 'Weak' Champions who wont be receiving buffs/reworks but who also need it (My opinion!)

Nunu Galio Jayce Sion Singed Urgot Skarner Sejuani Aatrox Kayle Mordekaiser Rumble

So I only listed 18 champions maybe some more out there that deserve at least 1 buff? My point is that Riot is leaving these champions how they are and only focusing on making good champions even better instead of the weakest ones.

(Sorry for my bad English it's not my main language)

I hope some of you agree with me and I'd like to hear your thoughts on these champions or maybe some I've missed out!

Skarner, warwick and fiddlesticks have one of the highest winrates in the jungle. Kayle, urgot and sion are the best toplaners after ekko if you look at thier winrate. Ryze gets played in the lcs.

I actually agree with you on many of the champions. Aatrox, Sejuani, Skarner, Sion, Galio all could use either reworks or buffs. Aatrox's ult is out of place with his kit. Skarner got molly-whopped, and the nodes are so easy to capture, that he doesn't really get the jungle fights that he could. Sejuani got nerfed, then Cinderhulk got nerfed. She hasn't really been helped much to compensate. Galio...He's been overlooked for quite a while. Same with Sion.
