Isedelica··1 votes·1,060 views

SO I NOTICED THAT FLAT ARMOR PEN LIKE item 3142 OR item 3147 LACK IN ACTUALLY PENETRATING ARMOR

BUT ARMOR PERCENTAGE ITEMS item 3035

ACTUALLY DO THERE JOB

I JUST PLAYED A GAME AGAINST A CPU RAMMUS LET HIM GET STRONG

AND STARTED TESTING AND NOTICED THAT I DID NOTHING TO HIM WITH FLAT ARMOR PEN BUT ONCE I SWITCH TO %ARMOR PEN

HE WAS SO EASY TO KILL HIM SO FLAT ARMOR PEN IS A WASTE

RUN PERCENTAGE ONLY
