unrank players in gold elo games

I wanna ask what the hell is going on here. New players that are starting rank games are beeing matched with gold elo players which result in gold players stomping them very hard getting a kill every minute. This is simply not fair, what was the reason for adding Iron divison when this is happening. Just played with lux mid, he even said thats his first game. Zed totally anihilated him and roamed the map with like 10:0 score in 10 min game. Pls fix ur matchmaking this is frustrating and this is not the first time it happened.
