a way to make ranked games more enjoyable for players at low rankings

so guys, as anyone in bronze all the way up to even gold3 knows, afk trolls happen darn near every other game making it VERY difficult to climb the ladder no matter your skill imrpovement over time at the game. i want to propose to riot...and open a discussion among players, about a possible way to make this not only less likely to happen, but not harmful to those involved in the loss. i think a punishment for an afk in ranked (where it can NOT be reset at the beginning, because who the heck wants to play 20-45 mins for one guys on your team to get angry and leave??) that the afk in said game should recieve ALL ip lost for the team that game. so if johnny would lose 10, joe 25, brad 14, jimmy 36, and the afk punk 12...welll you can do the math. if it takes them down a whole rank so be it. i can promise they wont be doing it again, or often for that matter. leaver buster is great and all...for normals, but i feel doing that in ranked should have a more severe, FAST punishment to deter people from doing so. i have honestly considered never playing the game again because of being so frustrated at times from getting like 5 games in a row where a teammate afks...i can ONLY IMAGINE the actual amount of people who really have quit. i realize the league community is very large and booming...but i mean youre losing valuable non toxic, non troll players to people who simply screw them and countless others ovr and then never even get punishment...its got to stop. this is my idea to make it better. then you can see skill really shine and those people who do that and just dont have the skill to move up will stay in their respective ranks. anyways guys...please let me know how you feel. and riot if youd like to contact me please do so to the email connected to my summoner name. thank you. (also, i say lower rankings in the subject because well..if we are being honest that doesnt happen often in higher ranks already. because ALL those people CARE and dont want to lose ip).
