Champ Mastery system is broken

Can't win with this anymore i understand that my account is stuck in bronze ello for life because I had a crappy computer for a while but why is my champ mastery crazy hard I honestly got 20-1-19 280creep in a 33 min game and I still get a A+ highest money most damage in the game I don't know how I'm supposed to find any fun in this game if I'm not rewarded when I'm at my best when others get s's with 11-2-0 I don't understand riot please

Theres many factors that go into S's and such. Maybe you lacked in everything but Kills, Deaths and CS. Kinda how i would get a S from a game i went 2-0-18 as support but then not get a S if i got 4-1-15.
