Ideas about taliyah's Q ,worked ground mechanic and the illaoi issue.
I feel like the change to her worked ground duration was a good choice ,although as cool as her 5 bullet Q is ,she feels kinda bad on worked ground with just the one. Allowing her to use 3 or even 2 bullets might be a more interesting approach. She seems like a really interesting champion.But the fact that she has to max Q and that she kinda zones herself when she wants to deal dmg in lane is very meh.
Furthermore regarding Illaoi. It feels like the design team is trying to change her ?Maybe? I might have gotten the wrong idea.After all im not there but i think changing how her E works can increase her playrate and make her more impactful while still staying thematically intact.
What if instead of a minion blockable skill shot that lashes on someones spirit and gives her that debuff she actually grabbed an enemy champion like a laso and threw him to target direction.
Other ideas on the subject: Conjuring a tentacle in a small area(syndra ball spawn indicator) which turned into a straight line skillshot(Taliyah W angle mechanic) that grabbed the first unit hit and tossed it X on a straight line(further than the Taliayah W).
Conjure a tentacle that grabbed a unit,lifted it up and slammed it to the ground.
Personally i feel like Illaoi as a champion would be more suited as a cc juggernaut.Conjuring her God's tentacles and bending them to her will.
