sandboxmode when?

a mode where you can manipulate basically everything. you can give yourself gold, xp, spawn in enemy champion dummies, jungle camps, minions, basically everything.

its intended for testing purposes.

like for example if you want to know if yi can 1v1 baron at lvl 16 with certain items, if you want to know if... like ezreal q triggers ludens echo etc. you dont have to open a custom game anymore and farm for 20 minutes. you can just edit in the items, increase your level and try it out.
