(This happens alot) When im using Leona vs Fizz, I try to Q him and he just E's out of the Q and it counts but doesnt stun him? what is this xD?

That's not a Leona + Fizz bug. That's a Fizz is fucking broken bug.

Untargetability grants immunity to CC.

Doesn't matter if it was point-click or skillshot, once a target becomes untargetable they won't get stunned.
