I really enjoy Kled a lot and I am really thinking of maining him, but the one problem is that I am a jungle main and he is mainly for the top lane. As I only played him jungle he seems to be viable but the problem is his courage not gaining through attacking camps in the jungle. I really want to know if there is a chance that Riot will change his courage gain and actually stack courage from killing camps in the jungle, if so, I just found my jungle main!
Maybe maybe not. Riot hasn't said anything about it.
Its unlikely they will change the core mechanic ultility side of a champion so soon after they released him. And riot have a tendency to enforce where they want the champion to go and only help with a champion 2ndary role discovered by players if they deem it to be a healthy playstle for said champion. At this point we don't know either. (Additionally, it is likely he will get a nerf/buff to his numbers according to his performance, at this time it looks like a nerf to some of the numbers and some small compensation change due to the nerf if said nerf was too much is the more likely case. They packed ALOT of % dmg to his kit for a champion with such high base hp pool, that have an insane ultimate. So you should keep in mind a nerf is likely to happen if you want to main him.)
They don't particularly want kled to gain courage for skaarl from fighting jungle camps is the issue. Kled is designed to go HAM against enemy champions, hence skaarl gaining courage there, they don't want him to slink off into the jungle to clear camps anytime he's forced off his mount
