Champions with great wave clear/csing

Morgana is easy to CS with her W

Annie is super easy to CS with since he Q will refund the entire mana cost if it kills the minion and reduce the cool down.

Vlad is another easy to CS with champion and has good clears using E and once he gets the extra sustain from revolver.

Other champions who can clear entire waves super easy. Anivia/Ahri/Twisted Fate/Sivir/Viktor/Orianna

For me, & are the easiest AP champions to CS with.

Can't think of anything that clears harder than Anivia. She can ult a wave and watch the entire thing die in a couple of seconds. Others good at clearing, to name a few, are Vladimir and Singed. Singed is a running simulator who poisons entire waves without even trying, and Vladimir can take out a wave of any size within 610 range in four seconds. (Two casts of his E, Q for siege minions) As far as csing early game goes, I think Vladimir's the best. His Q and E, which heal him by the way, both let him get last hits when he can't auto attack or when the auto attack would be too weak.

W+W = whole entire wave down with minimal MP use. That's why he has 0 mana issues. If he wants to clear early game, two casts of his W will do it from a safe distance.

there are a few others that rival these champs' waveclears, but these i listed are to me the champs that can clear waves most effortlessly. Most take 2 abilities to clear an entire wave, even without any auto-attacks. Malzahar you will have to learn his AA or you'll miss minions if you have a wave of your own attacking with you

there are other champs that can quickly clear waves, but not as easily. some for example, can blow away minions, but the minions' formation can mess that up (she has trouble clearing a line of minions, but if they are grouped as a ball she can kill them all with 1 Q). so yeah the ones i listed can do so with the minions even in a line fairly easily. xerath graves viktor varus probably prefer the minions to come in a line

of course all of these will need ~2 items (not boots) before they can do that. But yeah once you get 2 items or so, these champs can clear a wave in literally a second or two , letting you reach some impressive creep scores and rotate quickly
