LP Loss prevention

Riot, recently I joined a ranked game and I decided to play mid, while other players got their designated roles. Unfortunately, our Gnar rage quit, resulting in our game as a loss. Riot if you can please add a LP loss prevention due to a D/C or at least lower the amount you lose? Because this is total bs when this happens. pls rito.
