Actually it happened the last 2 games with my wife an I. Why should I have to play draft. People dodge draft when you ban the champ they want to play....Thus Blind can be more of a Challenge. Not to mention I have yet to get a chest or key fragment from Draft pick games even getting s rank an my whole team getting s ranks. So it seems the only way to get it is from Blind Pick.
Now as far as ruining the game the insta-lock people ruin the game especially when they refuse to say what roll they are playing even when you ask them. It's called being a team player. Not to mention insta-lock players are CANCER an are usually toxic. But you play on EUW not NA so its different player base even though it is the same game. Therefore they either need to make it where you can pick your role or remove leaver buster for not selecting a champ in time. Because your not leaving the game your trying to pick a champ that can fill the roles that are open Prime example last game 
instalocked Jungle an top were called. would not say if they were going mid or support since the champ can be played in either role an there are 2 stops left to fill Mid an ADC or ADC and Support. How are you supposed to choose a champion for said role. You cant an if you choose someone an go mid an they go mid then they get mad an throw the game an ends up in reporting players. Same goes if you were to pick a support an they were going support an you cant mid the support so then what happens someone gets reported an who is it. The instalock because they refused to communicate with the team during champion select. Riot needs to fix it by removing it as an option by making champion select like draft modes without bans or remove leave buster for not selecting a champion.
