Buffing Fiddlesticks?!?!
I think Riot should either rework or buff fiddle, for example with his drain you should be able to move.

I feel like Fiddle, is pretty strong Overtly. I just feel like his main problem is being too ult reliant for pulling of a gank.
Maybe if he had a longer duration on his fear at early levels. that would hold up enemies long enough to pull of a successful gank.

Making Fids be able to walk while using W is a pretty toxic gameplay. You're literally saying that his W cannot be stopped by CC anymore(besides interrupt).
He needs reworked, I would love to see him become more like an affliction warlock from wow (not happening I know, but still). His E 100% needs changed to something entirely different and his ult range should be a little larger so flash is not as necessary when ulting. He should not be balanced around having a summoner spell off cd.
I guess that he drain thing would be too op
what he need is to get magnus back and so does nid
why do we get forced into runefucktive wich works for eve and elise sure but some other ap junglers might just want 80 ap and 20% cdr
why cant we choose what we want ?
please keep in mind that fidle was 100% fine when we stil had magnus

What's with the -1???
He needs a minor rework. He is really only viable in the jungle since he has some of the worst waveclear in the game. That's why you never see him in lane anymore.
