Leblanc needs nerfs.

Her mobility as well as her damage is so incredibly high she's absolute cancer in the game. With electrocute being proc'd from an auto-q-auto it's chunking hundreds of HP even at levels 1-3. If she lands her chain it requires flash or an extremely mobile champion to escape her full combo (ahri R basically). I don't know how much longer I can play this game with the amount of damage champions and dark harvest are spitting out. I also use to main old gunblade Leblanc and thought she's alway been extremely overtuned.

As an Ahri main myself , even sometimes My ult itself doesn't save me from her stupid chain from a Leblanc that played it well , I mean LB can Dash twice amd Ahri needs like 3 seconds to use all her 3 dashes to run because of the delay , usually I get full chained before being able to use my 3rd dash If they just fix her E hit box at least ..
