Cant afford to buy an item that dosent give me any ap stats at all ... and with ap items being so expensive its not really viable

There should be an AP qss item tho

QSS is situational item, if they make it AP item, it would be core item for every mage. They would have Zhonyas + QSS item. AD champs dont have item like Zhonya to avoid burst from assassins. AP champs do.
