lag/ i am unable to move once in a match

so basically a few days after the new patch hit my league wouldn't let me play a game without me having to reconnect at the start. here's what would happen. i would load onto the rift as usual and after about 40 seconds to a minute my champ would just freeze in place, but everything around me would work i could see the minions as well as the champs i could see the last hitting and moving lag free but it was just my champ stuck in place. once i disconnected from the match and reconnected i'd be fine for that game, then on to the next match same thing after 40sec/1 min off play id freeze and have to disconnect. Anyone able to guide me on what's going on and how to possibly fix this ?

This happened to me in 3 games. 2 of my games it happened once and the enemy laner got first blood. I know it wasnt my connection because I literally watched as the enemy laner hit me and I could not move at all. Then it froze and I disconnected and reconnected. 1 game it happened 4 times this must be a problem on LOL server side.
