Morgana Needs a buff

I think Morgana needs some buffs. I think she doesn't do enough burst compared to other Mid laners. Here Q is fine has a 90% AP ratio but I think maybe her W could get a buff or even her ULT to add some more damage. Mid-laners like Viktor can put out some serious burst a lot more than Morgana. I think Morgana doesn't have the same potential burst damage as other burst damage mages in the Mid-lane and she needs a buff to stay viable in the mid-lane.

Morgana is initially intended to play support, and therefor does not have the same stats as normal mid laners, similarly to karma. I think she is fine the way she is.

They took some out of her W a year or two ago because her wave clear was too efficient. She could pop it down and never engage. Although we are now in a world where Viktor can wave clear instantly with his laser, so it could be acceptable.
