Just curious who else think that Lord Dominik's Regards is probably one of the biggest screw ups riot has to offer in a LoL update? Okay, I can completely understand upgrading last whisper to have more armor pen and damage to balance out game-play between tanks and AD carries, but then also adding additional damage to champion max health, good job on that one riot...

Bonipherus1 votesIt's not even that strong. For last whisper part, the enemy needs to have much more armor for it to be effective when compared to the old last whisper and the additional physical damage is essentially 15% crit to targets with 500 more max health than you.
Thurst281 votesThe only thing Riot messed up on the item is how insanely strong it is. People only look at the stats or say how is feels in a game. These items are way better then the old last whisper. Just do the math 45% bonus pen is way better on tanks then 35% flat pen. And you get either a 15% dmg boost (30% on crit and 37% with IE) or you crush self heals. I main tanks and this items alone crushes tank which is what it is made for... A little to strong if you ask me.
