Galio

So Ive been playing support lately cause I was bored and his w is suppose to "shield" an ally but i don't think they are getting the buff from wind speakers blessing. I know you don't give an actual shield but the wording on this ability says shields an ally so was wondering if this is intentional or should they make his w give the bonus stats due to the keystone. I think this will make galio sup a little more viable and I wouldn't just use him for his ult ( although his and combo combo ult is disgusting right now
