Spellblade

In game, the item Sheen item 3057 has a unique passive called "Spellblade". However, Sheen can be made into 3 items(Trinity force, Iceborn Gaunlet and Lichbane). Each item has an ability called "Spellblade" but they all differ from each other. Nasus Nasus has both Trinity Force item 3078 and Iceborn Gauntlets item 3025 in his recommended item build and could also benefit from a Lichbane item 3100 (Though not really necessary).

My main query is if you buy 2 or more of these items, should the passives of the individual items work or would one(or more) be suppressed(unique passives with the same name and all that)? Secondly, if you have 2 or more of these items, what determines the passive that is used?

If you have a item 3078 + item 3025 you will proc triforce damage on main target, but not iceborn damage (iceborn should be lower). Iceborn will proc too, slowing everyone hit and doing iceborn aoe damage.

Since triforce does more damage usually I think the game intelligently chooses to use the triforce dmg proc on the main guy you hit over the iceborn.

You lose the bonus damage of iceborn on your main target if you build these two so it's less efficient but not completely unviable.

Not sure if it always is smart when it comes to weird combinations like item 3100 + item 3078. Physical vs. magic penetration could be a factor and it might be possible for weird things to happen. Dunno

But they dont stack, so its pretty much never worth building both anyways.
