I am proposing that Morgana's snare is nerfed to be shortened by a second or two.
If you play Morgana and are blinded in the fact that you play her and don't want it changed, then please do not reply, but if you are open minded and can see why this is a problem when champions are nerfed all the time but she stays the same in the stun area more or less since her release for a detrimental blow to the team that opposes her.
I feel like Morgana is in a good place actually. I play her mid once in a blue moon, without the snare time she would never get the damage off that she needs. I don't see her being as toxic as other strong champions. Her snare is also really fairly slow. She has counter play. I want other champs to be buffed rather than okay champions nerfed.

Just a lovely side note for you OP, she was nerfed like 3 patches in a row at the end of S4. She is perfectly fine.
Shes ok I mean its an easy to dodge skillshot if anything they should nerf textures on the ghost bride skin since its almost IMPOSSIBLE to see....But I dont mind 
Snaring me in at 05:23 until my next game at 01:26 just dont get hit....Simple
