Idea of Urgot

I just tried Urgot, I think his ult is a good idea, but too much for a adc (maybe someone use him for mid), I have an idea, what about urgot just move half range enemy moved (of course enemy will still swap to where he was), and more armor. If you can, give his w a dash, even though is as short as riven's e.
