High Ping and Low FPS

I didn't know what category to put this in, I was deciding if I'd put it in 'Report a Bug' or 'Gameplay' but since this is gameplay related and also bug related I guess I'll just put this in Gameplay Category so sorry if I have mistaken the category. But anyways, I've been having a problem that has never happened before. Starting like beginning of July I've been having high ping (200-1900 MS) and low FPS (08 FPS, 02 FPS). When I have high ping my FPS is good but when I have low FPS my ping is the same. So when I have low FPS around 8 FPS my ping is around 40 MS but when I have high MS , FPS is low and MS is really high! I wanna know how to fix this because it literally lost me like 8 ranked games and I got demoted. Please help anyone?

uh your fps and ping should not be linked???

fps shouldnt change drastically unless your computer is getting massively hot and you are playing outside in the july heat.

ping may be due to it being the summer time and more kids are home to play and/or be online causing more stress for isps

That may be the issue probably, but I'm not outside in the heat haha. Although it is hot in my house, we have like 5 fans in our house. I play League in my room like most people.

Ping is probably caused by other people using the internet in your house, or your computer is downloading something in the background. Don't really think it has anything to do with "stress because it's the summer"

Your FPS is probably the summer heat, making your computer much hotter/overheating Or you're running stuff on your computer while playing league

Otherwise, idk cause im not that great at computers lul
