Kennen's nerfs on PBE

Kennen's nerfs on PBE are completely unfair. He is getting indirectly nerfed since the beginning of the preseason: the introduction of courage of the colossus, (that made his lane phase more difficult against 80% of matchups top), the protobelt nerf (which is totally legit) and lastly the Rylai's nerf (which is legit too) but will still probably make his win rate drop under 50% and impacted his overall damage in late game. The only really useful spell of kennen outside of the lane, is his ult and atm it's pratically impossible to set up a 6 bolts ult in teamfight on squishies, due to support's disengage and CC, dashes, jumps, flashes, heals, QSS etc.. In addition he is really flash dependent, even with the protobelt, just to set up a good ult (which usually is 3-4 bolts, before your target can leave the area).

Kennen is a champion that has poor wave clear, splitpush and 1v1 against fighters and tanks possibility, again, his only utility is having a good ult in teamfight, if you are going to nerf his ult, he will be pratically unplayable.
