Anyone else struggle against j4 tops? I feel like they never run out of mana despite the fact they mash Q each time it comes off cooldown. I personally ban J4 all the time specifically for top lane domination.
I'd argue he's more problematic than lee sin because of his reliability in top, mid, and jungle.

yeeah, just like that I can keep my mana at a very healthy level it wasnt till heimerdinger top where I have a near empty bar most of the time cuz i had to Q his shit ;l

AFK Push1 votesThe mana on his q is fairly spammable Ill give you that (45 mana on a champ with a little over 300 mana lvl 1), but if you don't let him passive auto you then you should be fine. His q alone isn't threatening it is his passive and the combo, a j4 that just keeps q poking you won't have enough mana for an all in. Pick somebody that naturally has sustain, and builds tanky and you win.
