laning Zac needs some love

There are times is disagree with RIOT. And there is the remaining 0.05% of cases i agree. Needless to say, this is not the 0.05% part. Zac blobs in laning. Most of the time they fall of in suicidal spots - right behind enemy minion line, outside your own minion line (blitz loves that), right under enemy champs feet.

Give me a break here, how is Zac supposed to be a tank if his mechanic makes him lose hp and not gain it? Do you see draven axes fall on the enemy side? Throw laning zac a bone and give him a real chance at picking these blobs up instead of choosing between hp loss or total suicide...
