The only buff Kha' Zix needs

Make Evolved Active Camouflage cost 0 mana and have 30/15% ult CDR If only 1/2 charges were used. Activating items like Youmuu's Ghostblade should no longer make Kha exit stealth. Voila! No more complaints about Kha' Zix not having a viable Void Assault Evolution, while at the same time he doesn't become OP like he was with damage reduction.
