new masteries questions

since i dont have pbe account, if you ask me this questions i will be extremely happy does the warlord's bloodlust mastery heals you/gives atk speed with "crits" such as lucian seconds shot, corki passive (and if it heals, it heals based on all the damage or only he ad), and miss fortune ult? is the explorer mastery stackeable with % movespeed increases or just a flat number? thanks for the help ^^
