THEMES. Can we please change our Summoner Icon during champion select?

One of the main points of summoner icons (and ward/champion skins) is having a theme. Since you usually don't know which champion you're going to get when going into champion select (unless it's norms and you call your role fast enough, or premade) and you want to use a certain champion/ward skin (like snowdown, bligewater, shurima theme skin for example) it would be nice to be able to change your summoner icon to match the theme of your champion and ward skin. There is a way to do this by leaving your summoner icon screen open while searching for a match but it would be nice if you could just make it easy and change it in champion select without having to do that. You already let us change ward skins in champion select.... so why not summoner icons? It would be nice to have a shurima icon with a shurima skin and a shurima ward. (Or bilgewater, harrowing, snowdown, project, blood moon, star guardian and so on.)
