So are we going to do anything about the inters

So recently i played a ranked game and somebody flamed pre lobby apparently. I disregard everything and try to play the game. I then realize that our support zyra is roaming around soaking exp and using "pushing lanes" as an excuse because she got mad and flamed at our team for not having a tank. I ask her nicely to support our adc and she responds with "im pushing lanes". When she comes mid, i ask her to leave lane because lux is still alive and we cant hit tower, she still griefs throughout the whole game. Can we reinforce the griefing policy by removing players that intentionally grief?
