When will we get a new midlaner?

We have Xayah and Rakan (ADC and support), then Kayn (can be top, but designed with jungle in mind), and Ornn (top laner).
So in theory, the next champion will be a mid laner if this is a consistent pattern for this year.
It was already announced that the next champ would be a mage.
