Would it be possible to increase champ shard drop rate for which you have mastery token ?

I'm currently level 86 so I have dropped a lot of capsules already.

I also have 5 champions who are waiting for their mastery 6 or 7 upgrade, and given the high BE price I prefer to wait for the corresponding champion shards to drop.

In 56 level up since the new BE system was implemented, I have NEVER ONCE dropped a champions shard for one of those 5 champions.

It is getting quite frustrating.

Would it be possible to have a higher chance of dropping a specific champion shard when you already have the mastery tokens ready for an upgrade ?

Why does it take me THIS long to drop a champion shard to get the mastery 6 grade, knowing I will have to GET LUCKY AGAIN to upgrade to mastery 7 ?

This whole mastery system feels badly designed.
