I'm getting real tired of playing against a "Lux" where her stun doesn't even hit me and i get stunned anyways It is really getting on my nerves when also her slow down ability is not close enough to slow me down but I get slowed down Anyways .. do something about that

He's talking about her E being a "skill" shot because it's virtually impossible to miss it. Her Q is fine.
MunchCrunchLunch3 votesto be fair her stun hit box is among the most accurate things in the game. her E is the problem. immediate detonation makes it. practically impossible to not get hit by it if she plays it right. nothing on your end u can do if your champ has no dash or some MS boost
