teemo split pusher build good or bad?
a teemo split pushing build this might work(build in any order)

I would change Rylai's to hurricane if splitting is the goal. Rylai's does almost nothing for Teemo because his Q is the only thing that it effects.
You'll be squishy as fuck and it's very unlikely you'll be dueling any top lane bruiser unless they're 0-10 and if you can't deal with them you won't be able to splitpush effectively.
I prefer the Rainman tanky hybrid on-hit build.
For SP you pretty much need Hurricane, you can't rely on shrooms. MS from zeal items also helps greatly.

and . Rylai is bad in general, does little for Teemo (only procs on Q) and sheen procs don't really help you splitpush. Meanwhile Hurri greatly helps with killing waves and Mallet helps you get out of trouble, or even solo enemies that underestimate you.
Also, 
usually perform better on Teemo, but zerks are not bad too.
Dont get me wrong. The build is good, but teemo is not that great as a splitpusher.
Once you succeed in getting their tower, you go in the enemy jungle and shroom it to the brim, so the enemy jungler will have to recall often. Then you have 2 enemies pinned down.

You can build it in any order but I suggest mallet first.
so the reason i put in rylze is so you can get out easy because you can slow them easy but yeah frozen mallet would work but rylze works on shrooms (wait does it still?) so you could cover the jg around you and see people coming. as someone who is stuck in the hell that is bronze I think split pushing is better because when you go to your team for help or to help they mostly run away but I would like to see any and all builds that you use for teemo (split pushing or not)
