Riot, why would you keep making unnecessary changes to champs?

Do you realise that you have made too much champs updates recently? like you are saying your old designs are out-of-dated because you screwed up in balancing the game by making unnecessary update to the rift since season 4/5?

Congrats you just killed the game. More and more players (since S1) quitted, do you really wanna know why? Or it is hard to make a good guess?

Circle I have seen so far:- Create OP new champs > failed to balance > create another OP champs by buffing those old designs > failed to balance > everyone miss the old champs > change the jungles > change the rift > failed again > change champs > .....
