Control ward slot ?

Just wanted to ask, Riot can put a slot for ?

The problem is : when you are full items (or got a few items like ), you can't take a , and something, you need this vision, but you just can't.

help a lot, but it's not enought. Vision carry so much and control ward help a lot.
