There are a lot of people that make ARAM-only accounts that would only have the "OP" champions or high tier champions in which makes the howling abyss not fun for some people that own every champion.
My suggestion to fix this problem is to unlock every champion/make all of them playable for everyone so people don't have to deal with the same team comps every time
NoMonku2 votesI feel this can work, but I feel the downside is that people will constantly just dodge if their comp is "bad" or "unwinnable". You probably need to increase the dodge time to help stop this or it will just turn into tons of dodges, which isn't very fun. I'm not saying I'm against this suggestion, but I feel this will happen since imo ppl who make ARAM only accounts ONLY want to play OP champs.

BrightNooblar1 votesMost of the the people who play HA don't do what its going to take to win with their comp, or re-roll good champs for fun champs and complain they lost. And while this is fine, its pretty strong evidence that the community doesn't want balanced or winnable, they want to jump in 1v5 with AD tristana.
That said, I'd be all for opening up all champions for ARAM, but doing it in the name of balance seems silly.

Not sure I've really run into the problem you're describing that much (also you get a lot of re-rolls when you've got a lot of champs), but this would be awesome.
