should there be more hp options in the runes?
as it stands, discounting grasp(niche keystone), we get 1 shard and overgrowth.
Before rune reforged, almost everyone used scaling hp seals which gave 12 - 215 hp
Practically EVERYONE used them because of how efficient they were.
IDK if i'd say this was the only reason games these days are normally decided in first 5-10 minutes, but i'm sure it's one of them.
i just don't think there are enough options for hp in the runes.
I think it severely hurts the bottom lane. It feels synergized specifically for the solo lanes and leaving the bottom lane out to dry.
Min/maxing isn't going to be successful for everyone.
I'm not going to lie, I mainly made this post cuz i'm salty my main build for soraka was no longer possible since runes were reforged. But I think it's an issue beyond that, I'm not just making this post out of selfish reasons. I genuinely think it would help to have more hp options, at least in terms of shards, especially with how much true damage is in the game. It's my opinion that true damage is simply not fair for certain champions in the game to have without scaling hp seals. All of that true damage was added when the seals were there, but now they're gone, and now everyone is complaining super hard about true damage. More than normal I mean.

frostfang or at the time i think i was using nomad's. i don't think frostfang's had hp at the time. redemption warmog's by the time i'd complete warmog's i'd be hitting lvl 12-13, and i'd have enough hp for its passive.
yeah just not good anymore, not enough hp options in runes for warmog's to ever be viable for soraka. I mean I could do it, just wouldn't be as good as other options. Like, by the time I got it, it wouldn't even matter.
Before, it was a huge power spike, basically once i hit that passive @ lvl 12-13, the game was over.
